Gear
Grinding
With
three Reishauer gear grinders Chardam Gear has the ability to produce the
finest quality gears in the industry. Our recent addition of an
RZ-300E, allows us to produce up to an AGMA 15 gear. |

Form
Grinding
Chardam
offers a complete line of internal, external and helical form grinding.
A bank of 5 spline grinders and our newest CNC Red Ring model form grinder
can handle the toughest spline and gear configurations. |

Gear
Cutting
Shaping,
hobbing, broaching and gear honing can all be done in house at Chardam
Gear. Helical splines, pump gears, fuel shafts and matched planet
gears have all been produced by this fine department. |

CNC
Milling
With
2 Fadal CNC machining centers, Chardam can take on complex gearbox
assemblies. We offer 4 axis machining, CMM technology, and
experience with exotic materials. |

CNC
OD and ID Grinding
Super
tight tolerances are no problem for the well equipped and experienced OD
and ID grind department at Chardam Gear. Chardam has ground up to 36
in. torpedo shafts with tolerances of less than .0002. |

Four
CNC Mazak Lathes are the foundation of Chardam’s manufacturing process.
This robust department handles materials such as Inconel , Titanium and
