Cutting

OD and ID Grinding
Super tight tolerances are no problem for the well equipped and experienced OD and ID grind department at Chardam Gear. Chardam can grind up to 40" length shafts with diameters up to 14" and tolerances of less than .0002. |

Turning
CNC Lathes are the foundation of Chardam’s manufacturing process. This robust department handles materials such as Inconel , Titanium and other exotics. Chardam also has a "Swiss Lathe" which gives us the capability to produce long small diameter shafts that would be impossible on conventional equipment.
